Acting early costs a fraction of acting late
Pest problems compound quietly — colonies grow, damage spreads, and treatment scope (and cost) grows with them. An inspection now settles it either way: if it's nothing, you'll know; if it's something, you'll catch it at its cheapest stage.
The inspection is free, takes under an hour, and comes with a fixed written quote — no obligation to proceed.

How the treatment works
Inspect
A licensed technician maps termite activity, entry points, and moisture sources across the property.
Plan
We recommend drilling-based chemical barrier, spot treatment, or full soil treatment based on the infestation stage.
Treat
Wall-floor junctions are drilled at 12-inch intervals, injected with approved termiticide, and sealed cleanly.
Monitor
Follow-up visits verify the barrier is holding; the warranty covers re-treatment if activity recurs.
Safety & chemicals
Safe for families, pets & production lines
We use government-approved termiticides applied inside sealed drill holes — no open spraying in living areas. Safe for families, pets, and plants once the treatment settles; our team walks you through simple precautions before starting.
All chemicals are approved by the Central Insecticides Board and applied by technicians licensed under the Insecticides Act, 1968. MSDS documentation available for commercial clients.

FAQ
Termite Control — common questions
How long does termite treatment last?
A full chemical-barrier treatment typically protects for 5+ years. IPCS provides a written warranty and re-treats covered recurrence at no extra cost.
Is the treatment safe for children and pets?
Yes. Chemicals are injected into sealed drill holes along wall-floor junctions, not sprayed in the open. We advise keeping children and pets away only during the application itself.
Will you drill and damage my flooring?
Drill holes are 12 mm wide, made discreetly at the wall-floor junction, and sealed with matching filler after injection. Most clients can't spot them afterwards.
How do I know if I have termites and not wood borers?
Termites build mud tubes and eat wood from inside leaving a honeycomb pattern; borers leave small round exit holes with fine powder. Our free inspection identifies the pest before we quote.
Do you treat both homes and factories?
Yes. IPCS has treated everything from 2BHK flats to pharma plants and warehouses since 1999, across Haryana and Himachal Pradesh.
