Post-Construction Termite Treatment — safe, guaranteed, audit-ready
IPCS treats active termite infestations in existing homes, offices, and industrial buildings using the drill-and-inject method: termiticide is injected at wall-floor junctions to rebuild the chemical barrier the building lacks. Treatments are warrantied in writing and performed by licensed technicians across Haryana and Himachal Pradesh.

Acting early costs a fraction of acting late
Pest problems compound quietly — colonies grow, damage spreads, and treatment scope (and cost) grows with them. An inspection now settles it either way: if it's nothing, you'll know; if it's something, you'll catch it at its cheapest stage.
The inspection is free, takes under an hour, and comes with a fixed written quote — no obligation to proceed.

How the treatment works
Survey
Room-by-room mapping of activity, moisture, and previous treatment history.
Drill
12 mm holes at 12-inch intervals along wall-floor junctions and around affected woodwork.
Inject & seal
Measured termiticide doses per hole, then sealing with colour-matched filler.
Wood treatment
Affected frames and furniture receive direct wood-preservative treatment where needed.
Safety & chemicals
Safe for families, pets & production lines
Injection into sealed holes means minimal airborne exposure. Odour is low and rooms are usable the same day; we brief you on the few precautions that matter.
All chemicals are approved by the Central Insecticides Board and applied by technicians licensed under the Insecticides Act, 1968. MSDS documentation available for commercial clients.

FAQ
Post-Construction Termite Treatment — common questions
Can termites come back after treatment?
A correctly installed barrier keeps termites out for years. If activity recurs within the warranty period, IPCS re-treats free of charge — the warranty is in writing.
Do I need to vacate my house during treatment?
No. Treatment proceeds room by room, holes are sealed immediately, and normal use resumes the same day.
My furniture has termites — can just the furniture be treated?
Yes, spot wood treatment is possible, but if tubes originate in walls or floors, treating furniture alone won't stop them. Our inspection tells you honestly which one you need.
How is this different from pre-construction treatment?
Pre-construction treats open soil during building; post-construction rebuilds that barrier from above through drilled injection. Both use the same approved chemistry.
